How to log in (Web & Mobile)

Open Bybit website or app: Visit bybit.com or launch the official Bybit app from the App Store / Google Play.
Click “Log In”: On desktop the button is top-right; on mobile it appears on the homepage or menu.
Enter credentials: Provide your registered email address or phone number and your password. If you use SSO (Google/Apple), choose that option.
Complete 2FA: If two-factor authentication is enabled, enter the code from your authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy) or the SMS code.
Verification: Follow any additional prompts (e.g., device verification email) to complete sign-in.

Enable or Reset Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

To enable 2FA go to Account > Security inside Bybit. Follow instructions to link Google Authenticator or another compatible app. If you lose your 2FA device, use the account recovery process (see account recovery below). Keep backup codes safe.

Troubleshooting Common Login Issues

Forgot password: Use “Forgot password” on the login page to request a reset link to your registered email.
Wrong email/phone: Confirm you’re using the address/number you originally registered with.
2FA not working: Check device time sync (auth apps require correct time). If still failing, use account recovery.
Suspicious activity or locked account: Contact Bybit Support and follow their verification instructions before attempting password resets repeatedly.

Account Recovery & Support

If you cannot access email or 2FA, begin the official account recovery process through Bybit’s support center. Be ready to provide identity verification — a selfie with ID, KYC documents, or trading history may be requested. Always use official support channels found on the Bybit website.
